FLAC tags - Feature Request

This is the text I submitted (I have never done this before so hope it's 
all OK!)

"FLAC and other tags need to be able to catalogue a music collection 
thoroughly so users can use the information to full effect. I would like 
to see full use of Xiph's categories plus additional categories, and 
multi-tags as defined on a web page I put up for this purpose (see 2). 
This was mooted on my post to mailing list (1)
