Saner Mac Packages

So this is a smidge longer than 8 hours but who's counting. It's 48  
times better awesome so it's worth it.

Highlights:
Won't break manual compilation because qt's phonon is found before  
KDE's.
The installer won't fail if it encounters files being installed  
already on the filesystem. (can install over and over, and can install  
over macports packages)
Apps won't crash if you try to launch before logging out.
And in related news, you don't have to log out after installation  
anymore!

Also Amarok's been updated to today's version as of 1:40 p.m. EST.
Scripts work. Phonon-qt7 works. Still ~300 MB. Yada yada.

Ah, and the title? Clearly there's one more to go. Will it be slimmer?
