Dynamic playlists & suggested songs

Is is possible to create a dynamic playlist based on the context 
tab's "related artists" or "suggested songs"?  It doesn't seem possible 
given the playlist "create" interface.  I'd like a dynamic playlist that 
appends those suggested songs based on the the current list entry.  
Although, I realize it would eventually become circular with 
self-references.

Is the context tab content available through another mechanism apart from 
the text displayed?
