Fix for crashing kded4 with KDE 4.1

Now I also saw several users report a problem like this:

amarok: END__: void Playlist::Model::playlistModeChanged() - Took 0.0011s
ASSERT: "!kaction->isGlobalShortcutEnabled()" in file
/build/buildd/amarok-nightly-kdelibs-20081002+svn86714


Could that somehow be related to what you wrote?
