Amarok 1.4 script ruby template

Hello,

I saw on http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/Script-Writing_HowTo a call to send 
in script templates. I coded up a base script in Ruby, it doesn't use 
QtRuby like the template included in the distribution, so it has fewer 
dependencies. I also feel it is more idiomatic ruby style.

I'm not part of this mailing list, I just hope that in this way it might 
be of some use to someone in stead of just sitting on my HD.
