You are aware that Jaunty didn't even reach alpha stadium right now?
It is a _very_ bad idea to upgrade to it so early and you are bound to
run into a lot of problems that can do a lot of damage. During the
last Ubuntu releases there was at least one big problem during the
development cycle every release. (That is to be expected. It is
development after all. Things can and sometimes have to go wrong.)
kde-nightly is not even officially released on Intrepid yet as there
are still some problems. So the answer is NO. There is no kde-nightly
for Jaunty and there will not be anytime soon.
