Amarok is curently for Linux only. there are some ports to windows and
mac but they are far from being released. you will have to compile it
yourself(correct me if im wrong).

In Linux you can install it the usual way. eg. sudo apt-get install
amarok for most debian derivates(including ubuntu). or with yast in
suse. or numerous different ways... I myselfnever used an Ipod so i cant
help you with that...
