Ampache synchronization proposal draft

I would have to agree with Maximilian that actually downloading fles
from Ampache sghould not be a big issue ( It will still have to be
implemented Amarok-side though )

Other than that I think it looks nice. You could possible fill in a
little about how, even though your main goal is getting this working
in Amarok, extending the Ampache API is likely to benefit other
applications as well.
