Can't copy file?

I just signed up for the mailing list so I don't know if this has been 
asked already.

I'm transferring files from my mp3 device (Creative Zen Vision:M) to my 
collection.  Judging by the fact that my collection size hasn't changed 
and I'm more than 75% of the way done, I'm guessing it is doing more of 
a sync than a simple transfer of files.

The question I have is about the error that shows up in the status bar 
which simply states "Could not copy track from device.".  Clicking on 
the details button doesn't reveal any more "details".  It simply pops up 
a small window which only repeats what was already stated in the status bar.

Are there plans to improve this?  Such as why it couldn't copy the file 
and which file it could not copy?
