Well, I have 570 presets :) You can search TPB for "milkdrop" and there'll be 
a torrent (it has "Xbox" in its name, but the presets work great on my 
kubuntu box). I don't know much about the legality of this torrent, so no 
direct link ;)

I used to use the libviusual standalone app (from their hackground) - invoked 
by a hotkey it would open on my second monitor in fullscreen. Unfortunately, 
it is very experimental and you can only get it from SVN.
