Yeah, that did it! Thanks a million. Sometimes the answer is really easy.

For the future: At least for me, this is not a very intuitive way of
handling this behaviour. I believe I have seen something similar in
another application (It might have been grip.) where you can just set
a checkbox within the album properties. That's the place where I would
have thought to find something like it.
