Ahh right yes indeed :)

I guess I should at some point pull my finger out and come up with a 
solid proposal how to fit my ideas in.

I've not poked about in the A2 code yet but to be honest I'm fairly busy 
right now and I suspect some of the SoC stuff will have a fairly big 
impact in these areas anyway (most notably nepomuk), so I'll hang fire 
for a while before trying anything too crazy :D
