Moodbar in Amarok 2.0?

I asked in the forums<http://amarok.kde.org/forum/index.php/topic,15663.0.html>whether
Moodbar will be included in Amarok 2.0 and I were answered that it
won't be included unless someone will

take care of it.

So, what is need to be done to migrate Moodbar to Amarok 2.0?
