No, that is wrong.
That will give you an account for KDE's SVN server which you do not need.
To get an account on the SVN server for Amarok scripts you need to
email our admin Paleo at paleo at kollide.net.

Be aware that scripts for Amarok 1 are not going to be compatible with Amarok 2.
So you might want to wait for the scripting interface of Amarok 2 to
stabilise and then develop your script for that.
