Reminder: Don't forget to CC

Hi all,

I'd like to remind you about one peculiarity of this mailing list:
It's possible for non-subscribers to post to it.

This means that if you don't CC the sender in your reply, they will
never get the chance to see your reply in the first place. Which is a
bit of a shame - all your work was pointless.

So please remember to always CC the sender, if you are not absolutely
sure that he/she is subscribed.
