up grade from 1.4.7 to 1.4.9

If you have the new Kubuntu Hardy release (still in beta), you're
lucky: 1.4.9.1 will come automatically to you after an apt-get
upgrade.

With Kubuntu Gutsy, you will have to enable the "backports"
repository, and then do a normal upgrade. Google should probably come
up with instructions on how to do this.
