Well I mean libspiff presents us with its SpiffTrack type, we'd then
convert it our Meta::Track type and do a fuzzy lookup if needed.  A
parser written ourselves would just create our Meta::Track type as its
reading.

Doesn't appear to have access to all elements of a XSPF track as defined at:
http://www.xspf.org/xspf-v1.html#rfc.section.4.1.1.2.14.1.1
