ATF Question

Will ATF think a song is different if everything about a replacement file is 
the same except the bitrate, e.g. file title, tags, etc.

I have a directory of Q4 vorbis files that I would like to replace with Q6 
versions of those same files.  All file names are the same, as well as the 
tags.  The only thing different is the bitrate.  So will ATF think these are 
different files?  Hopefully not so the stats and playcounts stay with the 
songs.
