idea (bind middle mouse button)

I've looked at this idea, and it's not quite so simple as you may think 
at first.  Middle mouse button is already bound to a few things 
depending on whether it's the track currently playing or not.  I won't 
have time to resolve this before 1.4.6 but maybe in a 1.4.7 (if there is 
one) or in 2.0.
