bug??

Hi...
My name harish from Indonesia. Yesterday i install SUSE linux 10.2 with KDE
3.5.5. But, when I try playing my *.mp3 file using amarok. it doesn't play.
There is warning "some media could not be loaded (not playable)". Is there
any mistake with my installation? how i fix it. if i must install decoder
for mp3, where i can download it?
Please help me...
