Saved Playlists Not Loaded

In Amarok 1.4.5: I've created and saved several playlists,
but when I exit and re-start Amarok, they don't show up in
the "Playlists" tab. I can see the files in 
.kde/share/apps/amarok/playlists.

Hmm. I just noticed that the playlists that are not showing
up use relative paths, while the playlists that do show up
use absolute paths. For example:

Not sure what I'm doing (if anything) to cause this difference.
