Collection : Copy files to albumname, not artist

Sure.  When the Copy Files To Collection window comes up, in the
Filename Format section, check the [x] Custom Format option.  You
should then be able to edit the format string.  There's a help
tooltip/dropdown link right next to it if you need to know what the
variables are.
