SuSE 10.3 Alpha4 and 1.4.6

Hey Group;

I have noticed the 1.4.5 will compile and 1.4.6 will not compile on 
10.3Alpha4.  One thing I found was that moc -v shows that it is 4.2.0
On this system I also have /usr/lib/qt3/bin/moc which is version 3.
What difference will cause 1.4.6 amarok/src/megatunebrower and analyzers 
   not to compile?  Is it designed to work with qt4 better than qt3?
