Cannot play audio CD from command line

Hey as long as a device is not mounted you cannot access it via its
mount point. In your case the mountpoints are /media/cdrom0 and
/media/cdrom1

Type "cat /etc/fstab | grep /media/cdrom" to get the device name
(dev/..). Using the device name with amarok should work.
