yeah! live sessions too, but the rithm or "velocity" can change too, and make 
some different versions have (about) the same lenght... in other hand, some 
different rips from the same album and music can differ some seconds (i 
already saw it)... i don't think we'll have that simple solution... the one i 
could think that can help is to present those informations for the user and 
let him decide which ones can be replaced...

another thing that i've just think is if there is a truncated music or 
partially downloaded... and if it has higher bitrate, it can replace a full 
lenght music file. ;)
