Compress to iPod

It would be handy for Amarok to do something like this.  Most of my
music collection, for example, is FLAC which of course won't play on an
iPod.  It would be handy to be able to tell Amarok to transcode music to
mp3 at such and such a bitrate before loading up the iPod.
