database corruption -- how to fix?

maybe you can show your amarokrc, contents of 'devices' table in the db 
and a couple of samples from 'tags' table.

inconsistent entries in regard to device id could cause this.

also, have you tried complete rescan ? (of course, backing up the db 
before is suggested :) )
