database corruption -- how to fix?

Hello,

I just turned on Amarok and it was as if my entire database was empty -- it
appears to have been corrupted. I looked inside the file using "sqlite3
collection.db .dump" and it seems most of my data is intact. How do I recover
from this? (The Amarok wiki has no info for recovering sqlite -- just MySQL.)
