Fix for BUG 126043: 'Guess tags from filename' capitalizes first letter of all words (patch included)

Hi,

I picked a bug from the "most hated bugs" list and tried to fix it. I 
think it works as it should but please let me know if it doesn't :)

Also, I heard someone say that we only focus on 2.0 now, and no new 
features in the 1.4.x branch. Does that mean that fixing bugs in 1.4.5 
that requires a few extra widgets such as this should be ignored? Is 
there a guideline for what is to be fixed and what not before moving on 
to 2.0?
