SKY.fm (was Re: Shoutcast Amateur Radio)

Sat down and wrote the code to implement SKY.fm integration. Have a look at http://amarok4kde.blogspot.com/2007/02/skyfm-stream-integration.html 
Right now it needs work on the ruby script to parse the javascript file and 
transform it into the needed XML file. Once that is done then I will look
into passing that info using std in/out instead of the intermediate /tmp file.

Don't know about their Term of Service but it should be easy to add. Right now one
has the possibility to add their individual playlist as a RadioStream. To make it more
like Shoutcast tree  structure, one has to look at the JavaScript file 
http://www.sky.fm/include/menus/skyguest.js and parse it to generate the Qt tree 
structure and insert the appropriate URL when selected to play.
