albums thumbnails and MTP

The album art should be automatically transferred. It's only been thoroughly 
tested on Creative devices. Different manufacturers have different ways of 
dealing with album art.

For example, I think Sansa handles it in a different way. Assuming you're 
using the most up-to-date libmtp version, try using the mtp-albums command to 
try and send it via the command line.

This question is probably better suited to the libmtp list rather than Amarok 
as it's a function of the underlying library.
