Daap Defaults

Hi guys,

I was lamenting that in order to connect to a daap server, the user
must first create a DAAP device, which is quite tricky.  It involves
Tools > Settings > Media Device > Create Device > DAAP Device

I would propose that a DAAP device is automatically created for the
user by default, which can't be "deleted".  I don't see a need for it
to be distributed as a typical removable device, it makes no sense to
have more than one of them.
