Amarok using 150MB+ of ram?

I normally leave Amarok open for days on end because it gets my podcasts and 
if I want to listen to music I just press my play shortcut. It just works so 
damn well. But I've noticed especially in the newer releases that after 
closing Amarok it'll free up more than 150MB of ram (using htop to view 
memory usage). Normally it'll consume a good 30MB - 40MB but slowly (after 
2 - 3 days) it creeps up past 150 and my system starts to become slower.
Could this be a memory leak or is this to be expected?
