I think there already is a Hebrew translation. But maybe you can help improve 
it. Check http://i18n.kde.org. These guys handle our translations.

Well this is very interesting! We very much need graphic designers. If you 
want to help us with graphics, please visit us on #rokymotion 
(irc.freenode.net), or write to amarok-promo at kde.org.

For instance our icon theme is only 80% finished; some icons are missing, 
because the previous graphics guy left the team. If you could help with that, 
that would be awesome.
