support for user-definable labels

Hi
The attached patch adds support for user-definable labels to amarok. There are 
still some rough edges, but all the essential functions are already 
implemented (except adding labels to multiple tracks).
I will commit the patch only after the release of 1.4.4, but tests and 
comments are welcome, especially about how to handle adding labels to 
multiple tracks at the same time, e.g. what happens when the selected tracks 
already have different labels.
