Where is the podcast location?

I am running KDE 3.5.4 with all of SuSE's updates.  It seems what used 
to work now doesn't.  That is if KDE is up and I am using xine for audio 
if amarok is doing it streaming great thing or just up Skype and Gizmo 
VoIP apps fail to have access to the audio.  If amarok is off and 
completely down Skype and Gizmo work.  I feels this is a pcm related use 
problem.  However, I think it is caused by arts.

Do you see a similar problem?  Gizmo and amarok did work together until 
recently.  Skype alway seemed to have its "Sound problem" error message 
when trying to place both.
