API for other music stores?

A few days ago i posted a proposal (at the proposal's page on the amarok 
wiki[0]) about jamendo.com, they too have made available catalouge on an xml 
file. it would be nice to have them in a magnatune's like playlist.

i manage[1] to get the whole thing into a playlist per album using the help 
privided here[2]
