You're not the only one.  It happened to me with mysql, and I've seen
a couple people in #amarok say that they've gotten the problem with
sqlite.

I ended up wiping my collection DB, and that fixed things.  (I did
back it up first, but I haven't bothered to try restoring it (yet?).)
