Collection with ATF not working

This does not appear to be ATF related.  It appears to be related to either 
the updated sqlite libraries, or the new dynamic collection features.  What 
revision did you upgrade from, do you know?

Max, could you take a look and see if this might have to do with dynamic 
collections?
