Is there a way to discover a CD's ISRC code?  ( 
http://www.ifpi.org/isrc/ )Pretty much any music CD/DVD you buy should have 
one of these and it should be unique.  Won't handle burned CDs of songs, but 
I think it would fit the 90% rule.
