Proposal: Granting Paul Cifarelli author status

Hi all,

I would like to propose granting Paul Cifarelli (foreboy) Amarok author 
status. Paul's claim to fame:

* Author of the Helix engine. Helix is one of the two currently maintained 
engines in Amarok. Engine development is highly specialized work, and very 
important to the project. The engines are arguably the heart of Amarok.

* Worked on the GStreamer engine, and functions as its new maintainer.

* Has stayed with the project since version 1.2.

* Paul is generally a nice guy and valued member of the community.
