transcoding to m4a for ipod nano

Hi Robert,

the transcoded m4a files always played on my ipod nano 1G. So I have no idea,
what might cause your problems.

The reason for not being able to select the destination format for ipods is
that I thought that it doesn't really matter, as it is only copied onto the
ipod (as long as it works, of course). So I didn't want to clutter the
interface with an unnecessary config option. I chose m4a as the default, as I
heard that ipods use less power with m4a than with mp3. I don't know if this
is true. But there are many people preferring mp3, so I think I will make mp3
the default for 1.4.5.
