Limit in smart playlist length option

Any reason why there's a 1000 seconds limit in smart playlist?

I want to create a smart playlist with all my songs that are longer than 20 
minutes (1200 seconds) but it seems impossible ;) As a side note there are 
many songs that are about 16 minutes long that I don't want it in the smart 
playlist.

Perhaps it's just a "typo"?
