Shoutcast Streaming

Yeah, i'm waiting for something like this for a long time now because
streaming with wine+winamp is a pain in the ass.

A few month ago someone released Shouter.py (available via the Script
Manager) which can stream locally (built-in server). You may check it
out, but it wasn't quite stable if i recall it correctly.

I'd really appreciate the possibilty to stream to a remote ShoutCast
server so I want to encourage you. Make streaming work with linux :)
