Osd Volume Slider(pacth)

    If mood-file has been calculated(while current track playing), and track still playing, function "useMoodbar()" return true, this patch fixing it (only for volume)

P.S.
    I think it's not right way, but it works. ( may be anyone can do it better )
    it's "feature" also manifest on track play/pause
