Both should stay true.  The first time you run where you didn't have 
ForceATFOff, it puts ATF off.  However, once that value exists in your 
amarokrc, it has no further effect, whether you go to SVN/1.4.2 or back and 
forth.  It's meant to ensure that people that used beta1 have ATF disabled 
for 1.4.2.  Once you override it, it's not going to keep forcing it off.

As for ATFFirstTurnedOn, it is also a one-time value.  Once you've turned on 
ATF for the very first time...meaning, ever (since the value was put in), it 
is set to true.  After that, turning ATF on and off doesn't affect it.  Part 
of its functionality is currently disabled, and it may end up getting removed 
altogether eventually.
