I think QBob understood me in the channel, but to make it clear for
folks reading the list, I also think we should remove the compile-time
conditionality of the moodbar. So whether or not moodbar would should
up in the options and work in general would be conditional on whether
the moodbar executable was found on startup. #ifdefs are kind of
messy, this would make things simpler.
