Aligning Amarok's and KDE's messaging

Handing press releases over to kde-promo for revu might be a good idea, since 
people there got a totally different point of view I guess.

I suggested subscribing to kde-promo in our HowTo Join page, -events can be 
joined as required.

We should also combine this with local Kubuntu/Ubuntu teams, as for example 
while LinuxTag I was sleeping with guys from Kubuntu-de.org in a flat near 
the Messe Berlin. So in general I think that the Kommunity should combine 
it's efforts concerning events (also considering the merchandising)

I once suggested this, can't remember the decision though, gotta bring the
