The main problem with me doing physical PR, is that my main audience is high
schoolers, (unless I went somewhere else, but high school is where I'm at
the most) and there arent that many linux users at my school, and the ones
that are linux users tend to be socially outcast. Most people will not give
up their video games or their ease of using windows (since thats what
they've been brought up with), for a better media player. Most of these
people slap iTunes on there, sometimes winamp, and call it all gravy.
I think that the coming of KDE for Windows (right now I use BB4Win/BBLean),
and if Amarok gets ported, would greatly increase useability. If we also
made it known that KDE is a primarily Linux app, then advertise all the
features that linux has the windows does, more would switch over, since
they'd already be hooked on KDE.
Just my 2 cents.
