It will also get a lot more promotion, means we will drop _at least_ a short 
note at the dot, and we will start a digg at the time of release, so try to 
be round at release (usually I release at late evening UTC, if else I usually 
tell) as every digg is important.

This is an inital try to see how it goes, but I guess for promotion purpose 
the release will be changed to sunday -> sunday, dropping a release before 
weekend is not best idea for promotion.
